【Main Goals and Objectives】
The IT Project & Key account Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving cross-functional IT initiatives by coordinating and leading projects involving both internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for setting up the tone for collaboration, moderating meetings, and ensuring alignment across departments. The Specialist will proactively identify and propose solutions, foster a culture of openness to change, and act as a catalyst for continuous improvement.
Responsible for the strategic oversight and operational governance of the organization’s application portfolio. This role ensures that all applications are aligned with business objectives, deliver value, and are managed efficiently throughout their lifecycle.
【Key Responsibilities】
・Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring timely delivery through active impediment resolution.
・Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, facilitating regular portfolio reviews to prioritize investments and align with strategic goals.
・Application Lifecycle Management: Own the full lifecycle of the application portfolio, from onboarding and implementation to retirement and replacement.
・Portfolio Governance: Define and enforce governance standards, including technical documentation, risk assessments, and compliance with QMS and ISMS policies.
・Vendor Management: Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management (SLAs/renewals), and conducting periodic performance audits.
・Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Senior Leadership to ensure IT initiatives meet technical, regulatory, and business requirements.
・Solution Design & Innovation: Analyze complex problems to propose scalable solutions and proactively identify modernization opportunities within the application landscape.
・Change Enablement: Champion continuous improvement and support teams in adapting to new processes, technologies, and IT transformation roadmaps.
・Budget & Resource Planning: Contribute to annual planning, cost estimation for initiatives, and monitor project budgets to support optimization efforts.
・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, Controlling, and external IT vendors to ensure procurement alignment and operational excellence.
【Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)】
・Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for application of health, cost, and value delivery and IT projects.
・Provide transparent reporting on portfolio metrics to support strategic decision-making.
・Ensure timely resolution of issues and risks affecting application performance or compliance.
・Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement levels
・Number and impact of proposed and implemented solutions.
・Audit readiness and compliance scores.
・Contribution to change initiatives and adoption rates. |
| 応募資格/Qualifications |
Education: Degree in IT, Business, or related field
Languages: Japanese (business+ in both spoken and written), English (advanced), German (optional)
Experience:
・Minimum 5 years in IT project coordination / stakeholder management / key account in IT or other departments
・Intermediate or above experience in AI tools
・Strong communication/negotiation skills with internal & external parties
・Highly motivated, self-starter with hands-on mindset. Open minded to changes and challenges and team player.
