職務内容／Job duties アフターセールスエリアマネージャーは、担当エリアのAudi正規ディーラーに対し、Audiの戦略・基準・コンプライアンスに沿った運営を支援し、業績改善と顧客満足度向上を推進する役割です。 【主要業務】 1) Audi アフターセールス戦略のディーラーでの実行支援 2) KPI（サービス収益、CS、P&A 等）のモニタリングと改善提案 3) ディーラー経営層との定期レビュー 4) 課題分析、アクションプラン策定、改善活動の推進 5) CI/CD やサービス基準などの遵守状況確認と改善指導 6) 市場・競合情報の収集および本社への共有 7) 部品・アクセサリー販売目標達成に向けた支援 …………………………………………………………………… The Aftersales Area Manager is responsible for supporting Audi authorized dealers in their assigned area to operate in line with Audi’s strategies, standards, and compliance requirements, while driving performance improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction. 【Main responsibilities】 1) Supporting the implementation of Audi’s Aftersales strategy at the dealer level 2) Monitoring key KPIs (service revenue, customer satisfaction, P&A sales, etc.) and proposing improvement actions 3) Conducting regular reviews with dealer management 4) Analyzing issues, developing action plans, and driving improvement activities 5) Checking compliance with CI/CD, service standards, and operational requirements, and providing guidance for improvement 6) Collecting market and competitive information and sharing insights with headquarters 7) Supporting the achievement of parts and accessories sales targets   応募資格／Qualifications 1) 自動車アフターセールス、または自動車業界での経験 2) BtoB 領域での業務経験 3) コミュニケーション・折衝スキル 4) MS Office（Excel・Word・PowerPoint）の基本スキル 5) 日本語：ネイティブ、英語：あれば尚可 6) 普通自動車運転免許保持、国内外出張が可能であること 7) 課題分析力、改善提案力、責任感・主体性、柔軟性 …………………………………………………………………… 1) Experience in automotive aftersales or the automotive industry 2) Experience in B2B operations 3) Communication and negotiation skills 4) Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 5) Native-level Japanese; English skills preferred 6) Valid driver’s license in Japan and willingness to occasionally travel within Japan and abroad on business 7) Strong analytical skills, ability to propose improvement actions, and a high level of responsibility, initiative, and flexibility   勤務地／Location 品川 Shinagawa
