職務内容／Job duties 【業務内容】 グループブランドの認証業務をご担当いただきます。 【主要職務】 1) 国土交通省及び交通安全環境研究所に提出する認証申請書類の作成 2) メーカー及び官公庁と認証に関わる諸案件の調整、交渉 3) 自動車関連の法規、テストプロトコル、自動車技術を学び情報収集を行う。 4) 実際の車両を使用した保安基準適合性の確認 5) 他ブランドを含めた申請書類のチェック 6) 関係省庁、JAIA への各種レポートの作成 …………………………………………………………………… 【Job descriptions】 This position will be responsible for the VW group brand Homologation. 【Main Responsibility】 1) Create homologation application document for MLIT/NTSEL. 2) Coordinate and negotiate with Brand HQ and/or authorities for homologation. 3) Self-study and understand automotive regulation, test protocols and automotive technologies. 4) Check of conformity of safety regulation with actual vehicle. 5) Precise documents check 6) Making several reports to authorities and JAIA.  応募資格／Qualifications 1) 日本語：上級レベル、英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き必須） 2) PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 3) コンプライアンス・インテグリティへの強い意識 4) 意欲的に業務に取り組むチームプレーヤー ＜望ましい知識・スキル＞ 5) 自動車技術の基礎知識、または学習する意欲 6) 自動車関連法規・認証の知識（自動車業界での経験） 7) 普通運転免許 1) Japanese (advanced level), English (business level for reading and writing is required) 2) PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 3) Strong sense of commitment with compliance and integrity 4) Positive attitude towards teamwork ＜Preferred knowledge and skills＞ 5) Basic knowledge of automotive technologies or a strong willingness to learn 6) Knowledge of safety regulation/homologation of motor vehicle (working experience in the automotive industry) 7) Driver’s license  勤務地／Location 品川/豊橋 Shinagawa/Toyohashi
