IT Infrastructure Specialist

職務内容／Job duties 【Job descriptions】 IT Infrastructure Services Specialist is responsible for the technical operations including implement and manage technical projects in alignment with organizational goals, primary responsibility for the security management and audit compliance of IT Assets and services, maintain organization information systems while maintaining and implementing security to protect the organization’s data and ensuring the company has a suitable disaster recovery policy and adequate contingency plans. [IT Plan]    - Create Infrastructure standards and target architecture documentations    - To manage governance for infrastructure service and IT service management process    - To manage IT resource such as budget, workload and IT asset in Volkswagen Group Japan [IT Delivery]    - Review proposed project solutions based on infrastructure standards.    - Collaborate to develop infrastructure & security standards for IT Infrastructure services    - Procure and prepare and optimize the necessary IT resources (hardware, software, services, vendors, etc.) that meet the requirements of the requester.    - Support the project from an IT perspective to meet business requirements. [IT Run]    - Properly maintain & manage & optimize infrastructure services including network, server, database & other middleware operations.    - Design and manage disaster recovery and other business continuity related services    - Managing and track vendors performing operations 【Main Responsibility】 1) IT Infra Operations    -Manage the IT Infra Operations, and supplier Team responsible for the IT Operations and help desk, ensure service quality as per the group standards    -Maintain current knowledge of technical innovations in technology infrastructure, and work with the team to develop a plan to utilize these technologies as appropriate    -Acts as a trusted advisor, and builds and maintains relationships with other IT leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs    -Monitor metrics, activities and issues to come up with service improvements 2) Manage IT Infra Projects (i.e. VGJ DR Site Implementation etc.) including application environment updates / migration, existing system enhancements, new system development.    -Review requirements, planning and manage schedule and milestones    -Vendor/Stakeholder management    -Budget management (estimate and manage cost)    -Project Governance    -Risk and issue Management 3) Vendor management    -Develop sourcing strategy and execute strategy as part of project / maintenance related activities from infrastructure perspective 4) QMS, ISMS, IT and other related Audits Due to enhancement of corporate governance, as its one aspect, QMS & ISMS activities need to be taken care of company-wide. Exclusively, target goal is to meet auditor’s requirement. 1. QMS: Pass regular audit (internal/external) 2. ISMS: Pass target score “3.0” 3. Group IT Audit : Pass    -Fully understand requirement based on target maturity    -Clarify what can be done/cannot be done in short/mid-term period    -Standardize and maintain document content & quality, focusing on consistency    -Document management (Creation, Update, Finalization) Provide well-prepared guidance to divisional stakeholders & check its quality 5) Standards and procedures    -Support in establishing standard ways of work that ensures the technical teams work together in a consistent manner.    -Support in monitoring performance of IT processes to determine the productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT processes  応募資格／Qualifications 1) Education: BA, BS or equivalent 2) Language proficiency:    -English: fluent or above    -Japanese: business 3) 10+ years of experience including following professional skills    -Communication    -Consulting Method    -IT Security Management    -IT Infrastructure Architecture    -IT Service Continuity Management    -Stakeholder Management  勤務地／Location Shinagawa
