GF_Controlling Staff/Specialist

職務内容／Job duties 【Group Finance & IT Division Controlling Department】 Controlling provides relevant Financial information to management and supports the decision making of the company to steer profitability. This is achieved through business planning (FC, LRP, Budget), monthly analysis and reporting of the business and creation/analysis of business cases. Controlling also ensures company resources are optimally used through the budget control process. The Controller coordinates brand Controlling topics, as well as facilitation of improvement and efficiency projects and enhancing Controlling documentation and compliance, and acts as contact person for Country controller at Headquarters in Controlling related topics together with the Controlling manager. Key tasks: 1) Support to ensure long term strategic objectives are achieved in consideration of Brand and Group directives (Planning round and Budgeting process) 2) Support to ensure short to mid term business objectives are achieved (Forecasting, actual result, updates from key stakeholders) 3) Tracking and steering of brand result to ensure achievement of results budgeted/forecasted including Group and Brand targets and accurate allocation of Group function costs. Risks and opportunities to be tracked and monitored to ensure informed decisions can be made. 4) Support to ensure achievement of ROS% within APA corridor in alignment with Group and Brand HQ Finance and local Finance departments 5) Coordination and preparation of Financial Review meetings with HQ and Management. Conduct finance review meetings with Managing Director, Brand Directors and department heads. 6) Establishment and improvement of internal control processes and SOPs in alignment with Headquarters 7) Implementation of process optimization, including automation of processes 8) Support to deal with internal and external auditors 9) Support to ensure Controlling related Finance systems are up to date and coordination of implementation/testing and documentation of new developments/change requests (e.g. SAP, my.Serve) 10) Ensure strict budget control processes and approval process (e.g. my.Serve) Main KPIs: -Prediction quality of FC in respective area of responsibility -IFRS/JGAAP closing compliance -Achievement of group targets  応募資格／Qualifications Requirements: -5-7 year experience in Controlling (we also consider candidates with 3-5yrs experience as staff level) -English: fluent business level -Japanese: native level Professional skills: -Detail oriented and preciseness on numbers -Negotiation with AG, Agencies and other stakeholders -Facilitate management meetings -Cross functional communication/organization -Strategy creation for own area of responsibility -MS Office (Excel/PPT/Word) -Curious minded and attentive to details -Proactive and hands on, adapting to changing envitonment and priorities -Swiftness to handle mass volume tasks  勤務地／Location 品川 Shinagawa
