Audi Brand Manager

職務内容/Job duties 【Purpose】
The main goal of the Brand Manager is to maximize Audi’s brand awareness and enhance brand image through nationwide Above-the-Line communication and social media.
Work with the Marketing Director and Marketing Communication Senior Manager to plan the brand strategy for Japan, which is to be derived from the global brand strategy, and adapt it to meet the needs and goals for Audi Japan, and resonate with our target audience. Then, execute the ATL and social media related elements of the brand strategy, and be responsible for leading and steering the ATL and social media team members, relevant agencies, and vendors in order to achieve all targets.
Responsible for checking the planning/buying/analyzing/optimization of all classical and digital paid media; overseeing the creative direction and quality of content for all ATL communication; and ensuring high quality of output on all social media channels.

【Job Tasks】
●Overall Marketing Communication Strategy Planning & Direction
└Develop marketing communication plans in-line with the global and local marketing strategies, aligning with the Marketing Director and Senior Manager, and counterparts at AUDI AG central marketing.
Explain plans and align with Marketing Communication team members, internal stakeholders from other key departments, agencies, and dealers. Ensure that all marketing communication activities are executed according to the planned direction as best as possible, and contribute well towards achieving overall brand KPIs.
Handle various brand strategy-related tasks and ad hoc topics related to Marketing Communication.

●Creative Direction
└Brief agencies on campaign objectives, positioning, communication targets, what to say, etc. Check proposals and give constructive feedback regarding copy, layout, tone & manner, etc. and steer agencies in the proper direction to best achieve goals and attain desired creative outcome. Oversee the steering of the creative agency, to be mainly done by the Creative Project Leader. Check and approve all creative work for ATL and Social Media and obtain approvals from Marketing Director and Senior Manager where required.

●Integrated Marketing Communication
└Oversee and manage all classical, digital, and retail channels (owned & paid) to have consistent, integrated communication and tonality executed at a high quality, and always be fitting to the brand.

●Team Management
└Responsible for coaching, evaluation, workload / work balance management

【Main KPIs】
・Brand image KPIs in Marketing Performance Monitor
・Creative excellence for all work; especially measured on key launch campaigns by referring to Brand Tracking Survey scores
・Digital KPIs for entire year, and for individual campaigns:
Number of Unique Users to website
Number of car configurations on ACCx
・Lead generation
Number of leads forwarded to dealers
Sales conversion % of forwarded leads
・Social media KPIs
Number of followers, viwes
Engagement rates
Social reach
Share of voice
・TV media buyling quality scores from 3rd party media audit
・Budget management accuracy 
応募資格/Qualifications ・Education: University bachelor's degree or higher
・Minimum 7yrs of full-time employee experience in marketing/advertising (preferably in Japan)
・Language: Japanese native, English business
・Driver's license in Japan

・Availability to develop marketing strategy & executional plans
・High level of creativity and artistic sense
・Logical thinking, Analytical skills including the ability to assess KPI targets & results, and steer accordingly
・Negotiation skills towards AUDI AG, agencies, and other internal & external stakeholders
