職務内容／Job duties Bentley のアフターセールスプロダクトサポートを担当していただきます。 このポジションの責任には以下が含まれます。 1) 日本市場における技術的なPDI&フィールドのサポート、’フライングドクター‘としての役割 2) ハイボルテージに関するエクスパート 3) お客様対応やPDI センターでのテクニカル領域のKPI やインターナルプロセスのマネジメント 4) アクティブダメージ(ボディ&ペイント)やサイバーセキュリティに関するマネジメント業務 5) ワークショップの設備。専用ツール。アフターセールスのIT システムに関するサポート 6) テクニカル及びプロダクに関するトレーニング&アカデミーのマネジメントやサポート 7) テクニカル領域のストラテジープロジェクトのサポート 8) DISS に関するレポーティングやランキング等の業務 9) TPI のハンドリング業務 …………………………………………………………………… You will be responsible for Bentley Aftersales Product Support. Responsibility of this position includes: 1) Technical Market PDI & Field Support / Flying Doctor 2) High Voltage Regional Expert 3) Management of Technical KPI's & Internal Processes inc PCC / Early Life & Toyohashi PDI Centre 4) Management of Active Damage Management (Body & Paint) & Cyber Security 5) Workshop Equipment, Special Tools & After Sales IT System Support 6) Management / support of training in technical & product area 7) Support of technical strategic projects 8) DISS report summary and ranking 9) TPI handling  応募資格／Qualifications 1) バイリンガルの異文化コミュニケーション能力と対人スキル 2) 自動車整備士資格を保持していること 3) 豊富な自動車技術/アフターセールスビジネス知識とコーチングスキル 4) 語学力(日本語ネイティブレベル/英語はビジネスレベルが望ましい) 5) ビジネスレベルのPC スキル( 必須： MS Office & Teams 、iOS | 出来れば： ElsaPro 、Business Objects、Tableau) 6) 自立型の働き方やリーダーシップ能力 …………………………………………………………………… 1) Bilingual inter-cultural communication skills and interpersonal skills 2) Certification of automobile mechanical mandatory 3) Strong automobile technical knowledge and coaching skills 4) Language skills (Japanese native level / English business level) 5) Business level PC skills (Essential: MS Office & Teams, iOS | Optional: ElsaPro, Business Objects, Tableau) 6) Independent working style and leadership ability  勤務地／Location 品川 もしくは 豊橋 ※他のチームメンバーは豊橋勤務のため、品川勤務を選択された場合は豊橋への出張が追加で発生いたします。
