VTT_Charging System Expert

職務内容／Job duties VWグループのモデルを現地市場(日本や韓国など)に合わせたテストを行い本国開発部門をサポートしていただきます。担当機能領域はEVの充電機能です。 インフラ、交通状況、技術動向に基づき、技術市場要件の明確化を行い、それに合わせたテスト、機能開発サポートを行い、現地モデルの技術リリースの推奨を行います。 日本の充電規格「CHAdeMO」と韓国の充電規格「CCS1」を対象としています。 業務内容: 1) 充電インフラ等のマーケットリサーチ: インフラ等　調査対象・内容を決め、スケジュールと品質目標をを設定。予算、プロジェクトに必要なリソースを割り当て、プロジェクト終了までステータス、品質、予算状況、アウトプット内容を確認する 2) 充電機能テスト:　各プロジェクトのテスト仕様とプロセスに基づいて本国へのテストの提案と予算確保行う。プロジェクト終了までステータス、品質、予算状況を確認し、結果がすべての要件を満たしていることの確認と本国へのフィードバック 3) 技術機能リリースに関する推奨業務 (サポート): VTTのディレクターおよびエンジニアリングマネージャーと連携して、充電性テストの結果に基づき、本国に対し機能のテクニカルリリースの推奨もしくはブロックを提案する 4) 各種技術委員会やワーキンググループへの参加及び本国へのフィードバック (サポート): VWグループ開発部門の代表として技術委員会やワーキンググループに参加。技術委員会、ワーキンググループの情報に基づいて、技術ガイドラインと基準をタイムリーに本社と共有し、現地市場向けの新しいモデルに実装する。(例:CHAdeMO協会仕様ワーキンググループ、JAIA EV技術委員会等) ………………………………… To adjust VW Group models to the local markets (i.e. Japan and Korea), based on the infrastructure, traffic condition and technology trend, through specifying technical market requirements, testing, development in order to make technical release recommendation for the local models . Responsible functional area is “BEV charging compatibility”, with Japanese and Korean infrastructure, with regional unique charging standard “CHAdeMO” or “CCS1”. Responsibilities: 1) Market research of the BEV charging infrastructure: Based on the requirements from HQs, to define contents of the research activities, setting a target of the schedule as well as quality. And to secure the budget and allocate necessary resource for the project. Monitor and supervise status, quality as well as budget situation until end of the project in order to ensure the output is meeting to all the requirements. 2) Charging compatibility test: Responsible for securing the budget, making offers based on the test specification and process for each project. Monitor and supervise status, quality as well as budget situation until end of the project in order to ensure the output is meeting to all the requirements. 3) Technical release recommendation (Support): aligning with director of VTT and Engineering manager, to provide technical release recommendation or block for the charging function, based on the compatibility test result 4) Technical committee, working group as representative of VW Group (Support): Participation to the technical committees and working-groups as representative of VW group development departments. Based on the information of the technical committees, working group, Technical guidelines and standards to be timely shared to the HQ, in order to be implemented to the new models for local market. (e.g. CHAdeMO association specification working group, JAIA EV technical committee)   応募資格／Qualifications 1) エンジニアリング関連業務での5年間の実務経験 ※電気自動車の充電関連の経験必須 2) 車両構造と電気部品に関する基本的な知識 3) BEV充電規格(CHAdeMO、CCS)に精通している 4) OBD、CANape/CANoeを使用した車両測定の経験 5) 車両ソフトウェアの更新、HWの交換等の経験 6) 本社・充電器メーカーとのコミュニケーション/交渉力 7) 日本語:ネイティブレベル 8) English: ビジネスレベル 9) 理系の学位 ………………………………… 1) Min. 5 years of practical experience in engineering related job; the experience in charging system is mandatory. 2) Basic knowledge of the vehicle structure, as well as electrical components 3) Familiarity of the BEV charging standard (CHAdeMO, CCS) 4) Vehicle measurement skill using with OBD, Canape/Canoe, including hardware preparation (e.g. harness handling) 5) Vehicle Software update, replacing HW (e.g. ICAS, OBC etc., VW Group specific) 6) Negotiation skill towards HQ and charger manufacturers 7) Japanese: native level 8) English: business level 9) Bachelor degree or above of electric/science related major  勤務地／Location 横浜オフィス Yokohama Office
