| 職務内容／Job duties |
新車販売計画立案、実績集計・分析、販売促進・改善案の立案と実行サポート、中古車ビジネス全般のマネジメント 等
具体的職務：
1) 販売店別新車目標台数・各種KPI の設定
2) 実績進捗管理・分析、販売改善案の立案・実行サポート
3) 販売店向けデータ・資料作成サポートプログラムの構築・活用促進
4) 営業本部・中古車関連の予算管理・最適化
5) 認定中古車ビジネス、中古車保証スキーム全般のマネジメント
6) 中古車在庫管理、社有車卸売販売の実施、及び収益確保
7) ＶＷ販売店協会との折衝、新車・中古車委員会の実施
8) フリートビジネスの構築、促進
9) QMS、新DMS、CCC 等、社内各種委員会、プロジェクトへの参画
10) チームメンバーのマネジメント（5名以下）

Management of new car sales planning, aggregation and analysis of sales performances, development and implementation supports of sales enhancement and improvement, and used car business overall
Main responsibilities:
1) New car sales targets & KPI setting by dealers
2) Management of sales progress & analysis and development and implementation of sales enhancement / improvement plans
3) Development and enhancement of supporting programs for dealer data aggregation, presentation materials making, etc.
4) Management and optimization of sales division’s and used car budgets
5) Overall management of guaranteed used car business and used car warranty scheme
6) Management of used car stock, company car wholesale and its profitability
7) Communication with VDA and arrangement of new- and used car sales committees
8) Development and promotion of fleet business
9) Participating in various internal committees and projects such as QMS, new DMS, CCC and so on
10) People management of less than 5 members

| 応募資格／Qualifications |
1) 自動車業界での業務経験（5 年以上）
└フィールドやオペレーションのどちらかのご経験
2) 新車販売経験や企画等、営業関連のご経験
└中古車ビジネスにおける実務経験があれば尚可
3) ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語（会話力必須）
4) 社内外においての高いコミュニケーション能力、交渉力
5) MS オフィスの実務経験（Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

1) 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
└nice to have exp. in Sales Operation
2) Experience in new car sales is mandatory, nice to have experience in the used car business
3) Fluent level Japanese; business level English including verbal communication
4) Strong communication / negotiation skills with internal and external parties
5) Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) |
