VTT_Testing from Customer Perspective

職務内容／Job duties Purpose of VTT- Whole Vehicle and Approval Testing department is the extensive whole vehicle systems and function testing and their approval / release in Japan for Whole Vehicle Development and Quality Assurance divisions. Ahead of the vehicle projects SOP, the local systems validation towards a complaint and bug free vehicle system for Volkswagen Group brands and their release on-time is the key success factor for the local market introduction and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for all Whole Vehicle testing coordination activities related to validation tests of Audi, Bentley and Lamborghini Whole Vehicle development as well as Quality Assurance departments in the Japanese market. Focus are especially MIB3 and legacy projects. The timely planning, execution and validation of tests and their results based on regularly necessary software updates is key for the complaint free condition of newly launched vehicles for the Japanese customers. Main Tasks: -Coordination of pre-series vehicles and prototypes testing under public road conditions in Japan with the a strong focus on MIB3 and legacy projects for all platforms. -Coordination of regular critical error reporting to Group brands as well as validation of implemented hardware/software changes. Escalations to different Management levels. -Devising the approval recommendations to Group brands for tested projects in Japan. -Online connectivity: Implementation of validation strategies for Online Connectivity testing of Audi, Bentley and Lamborghini projects. Coordinate the creation of market specific user profiles, system backend activation as well as structured testing and validation activities. Main KIPs: -Customer complaint tickets created (coordinated) -Number of tickets validated (self-handled) -Number of SOPROs performed (coordinated and self-handled)   応募資格／Qualifications -English (daily communication will be in English) -Strong interest in cars -BA or equivalent (technical or non-technical) -3 years of experience in automotive industry -car and driving enthusiast -currently reside in Japan We also welcome German speaker with no automotive background, but strong passion for cars and to learn.  勤務地／Location Yokohama
