職務内容／Job duties Purpose of Whole Vehicle & Approval Testing Dept. is the extensive whole vehicle systems and function testing and their approval / release in Japan and Korea for Whole Vehicle Development and Quality Assurance divisions. Ahead of the vehicle projects SOP, the local systems validation towards a complaint and bug free vehicle system for Volkswagen Group brands and their release on-time is the key success factor for the local market introduction and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for securing high standard quality in prototype and pre-series vehicle operation by assuring a smooth operation of VTT activities and realizing administrative, operational as well as supporting tasks. Job stopper issues in the daily VTT and Workshop shift operation are identified, analyzed and solved self-responsibly. [Job Tasks] -Coordinate and handle the VTT test cars and prototypes (e.g. in terms of maintenance & repair),the replacement and updating of parts and other workshop tasks in VTT workshop. -Monitor daily operation of Workshop, evaluate problems in daily operation and derive the right counter-measure to solve problems on stand-by. -Organize parts orders and shipments to and from Volkswagen Group facilities to and from Japan, support daily workshop tasks. -Organize VTT test car service inspection / maintenance. -Support strategic improvements for maintenance of infrastructure at VTT facilities (e.g. power supply, tools maintenance and calibration). -Assure on time task completion for time-critical topics. -Supervise VGJ driving safety initiative, dangerous goods handling. ・Market-specific adjustment, implementation and continuous optimization of Volkswagen Group brands Whole Vehicle validation related IT systems. Digitalization of existing paper-based processes. ・Establish optimized workflow for lean ticket creation and follow-up. [Main KPIs] Number of solved technical problems  応募資格／Qualifications -Vocational training, Technician, technical BA or equivalent -3 years of relevant experience -Business+ English (including convversation), basic Japanese -Organizational skill and operation process creation for own area of responsibility -Whole vehicle systems knowledge -Communication skill with colleagues and middle management represantatives of contracted suppliers -Problem management ・Validation testing strategies knowledge ・Complaint and ticket handling knowledge ・Facilitate project management meetings   勤務地／Location Yokohama
