Audi_Brand Experience / Audi Sport Project Leader

職務内容/Job duties Contribute to enhancing Audi's brand image and awareness, increasing customer loyalty, and capturing the interest of new people to the brand, through the planning and execution of various events, sponsorships, and experiential activities.
As the Brand Experience/Audi Sport Project Leader, this position is also responsible for promoting Audi Sport through various events and promotions.

[Job Tasks]
-Event Marketing
Planning, execution, and budget management of experiential activities, particularly for Audi driving experience and Audi Sport related events. Also works on branding events and new model launch events along with the other Brand Experience team member. This position is also responsible for the execution of Audi quattro Cup activities in Japan.
-Audi Sport Project
Work closely with the Relationship Marketing Manager to increase Audi Sport's brand image and awareness, and ultimately grow the business for Audi Sport in Japan. Co-ordinate the quarterly Audi Sport Committee meetings and align with various departments to plan and implement various activities to help achieve Audi Sport related targets. Build and nurture relations with Audi Sport model owners and prospects via social media and through our events.
-Cross-Media Marketing
Planning, execution, and budget management of comprehensive marketing activities that extend beyond events and/or sponsorships, and involve multiple communication channels. Responsible for the experiential aspects, but liaise closely with PICs of other channels in order to integrate activities effectively.
-Project alignment with AUDI AG
Align on events and sponsorship activities throughout the planning phase with counterparts at AUDI AG, while adhering to global policies. Report on KPIs vs. targets.
-Sponsorship Marketing
Work together with the Media & Sponsorship Specialist to plan and execute sponsorship activities.

[Main KPIs]
-High level of satisfaction (>85%) from attendees of events
-Operating and diversifying event offerings for Audi driving experience
-Increasing awareness and brand image for Audi Sport, and helping to grow the business
-Implementing new experiential formats
-Accurate budget management 
応募資格/Qualifications -Bachelor's degree
-Native Japanese and business+ English including conversation
-Minimum of 4 yrs full-time experience in ATL marketing is required.
-Should possess comprehensive marketing knowledge and experience with brands.
-Experience in event marketing is required.
-Communication skills for interacting in an international environment is preferred.
-Work experience with premium automotive brands or other high-end brand is preferred.
-Ability to develop marketing strategy & executional plans

-Negotiation skills towards AUDI AG, agencies, and other internal & external stakeholders
